Metal Roof Coating

In constructing metal roofs, zinc, aluminium composite and steel alloys are commonly used. A large majority of leaks on metal roofs can be attributed to corrosion due to extreme temperatures and wear & tear. Other problems including improper screwing and inadequate lapping joints can leads to water ingress if not properly treated. This can result in water seeping through the roof which can compromise the integrity of the buildings. Previously applied paint, sealants or other coatings may also deteriorate over time, reducing the protective capabilities that they offer.
