The problem
A condo owner had damp and damaged finishes at the base of an interior wall, with the source unclear after previous patch attempts.
Our approach
We diagnosed the water path to the external wall and treated the cause on the façade side, then made good the affected interior area.
Method
Source diagnosis, external crack and joint sealing, and interior reinstatement of the affected wall section.
Outcome
The seepage was resolved at its true source, not just covered over, and backed by a Certificate of Warranty.
