What does Hydroseal do?
Hydroseal is a Singapore waterproofing and IRATA rope-access contractor established in 1995. We fix roof leaks, bathroom and balcony seepage, external wall and concrete water ingress, and carry out BCA façade inspections and high-level repairs by rope access, for homes, commercial and industrial buildings.
Do you serve homeowners as well as businesses?
Yes. We work on private condominiums and landed homes, and on commercial and industrial buildings. We do not serve HDB flats. Whether it is one leaking bathroom or a whole building façade, the same team can handle it.
How long does waterproofing last in Singapore?
A professionally applied system typically lasts 5-10 years or more, depending on the area, system and exposure. Every completed Hydroseal job is backed by a Certificate of Warranty of 1-10 years. Singapore’s UV and monsoon rain make preparation and the right product essential.
Is rope access cheaper than scaffolding?
For most repair, inspection and coating scopes, yes, significantly. There is no scaffold to erect and dismantle, mobilisation is faster, and the building keeps operating. We will advise honestly if your job genuinely needs scaffolding instead.

Yes. We provide a free, no-obligation site inspection and written quotation. You only commit once you are comfortable with the diagnosis and the price.
