Perimeter seepage in heavy rain
Water tracking in along the frame edge during a downpour means the perimeter seal has failed. We strip and renew it to keep the rain out.
Aged and cracked sealant
Years of UV and heat make sealant brittle, so it shrinks and splits away from the frame. We remove the old sealant fully and apply fresh weatherproof sealant.
Curtain-wall and glazing joints
On glass facades, water gets in through failed joints between panels and mullions. We re-seal these joints to restore the weather line.
