Exterior paint on a Singapore high-rise works hard. Relentless UV fades it, monsoon rain and humidity break down the film, and once the coating loses its grip the wall behind starts to absorb water. Repainting a tall building conventionally means scaffolding the whole elevation, weeks of mobilisation, hoarding and disruption. Our IRATA-certified technicians abseil instead, prepping and coating each drop in sequence. A protective elastomeric system does more than refresh the look: it bridges hairline cracks and re-establishes a weatherproof skin over the façade.

UV bleaches colour and breaks the surface down to a powder. We prep back to a sound base and recoat for an even, durable finish.

Fine cracks and porous render draw rain into the wall. An elastomeric coating bridges movement and seals the surface against ingress.
