Coating problems we solve
Faded and chalking paint
UV bleaches colour and breaks the surface down to a powder. We prep back to a sound base and recoat for an even, durable finish.
Peeling and flaking film
Failed paint lets water reach the substrate. We remove loose coating, treat the surface and rebuild the system so it bonds and lasts.
Hairline cracks and porosity
Fine cracks and porous render draw rain into the wall. An elastomeric coating bridges movement and seals the surface against ingress.
Patchy, mismatched elevations
Spot repairs and ageing leave a façade looking blotchy. We recoat full elevations for a uniform, well-maintained appearance.
