The problem
An architectural concrete deck and soffit exposed to sun, salt air and rain needed waterproofing to protect the structure beneath.
Our approach
We prepared the concrete surfaces and applied a waterproofing system suited to an exposed, trafficable deck and an overhead curved soffit.
Method
Surface preparation, crack treatment and application of a cementitious/coating system across the deck and soffit areas.
Outcome
A protected concrete structure able to withstand the harsh waterfront exposure, sealed against water ingress.
