The problem
The metal roof was leaking at the seams and fasteners after years of sun and monsoon exposure, threatening the spaces below, but the structure itself was sound.
Our approach
Rather than a costly full re-roof, we restored the existing roof: treating the seams and fixings, then applying a protective coating system across the field of the roof.
Method
Seam and fastener sealing, surface preparation, and liquid-applied protective re-coating to restore a continuous waterproof layer.
Outcome
A watertight roof at a fraction of re-roofing cost, with the coating life backed by a Certificate of Warranty.
