The problem
A large industrial roof with installed solar PV needed leak treatment and maintenance without damaging the panels or stopping the facility below.
Our approach
We worked the roof in zones around the PV arrays, using fall-protection and rope-access techniques to reach the seams and details safely.
Method
Seam sealing and protective coating on the metal roof, working carefully around solar mounting and cabling, with fall-arrest throughout.
Outcome
The roof was re-protected with no disruption to the solar installation or the operations beneath it.
