The correct inspection frequency and tasks depend on the installed system, site exposure, manufacturer instructions and warranty terms. Agree a maintenance programme with the responsible building team; a generic checklist does not replace it.
Record the location, observation date, photograph reference and person responsible for follow-up. Keep previous repair and inspection records so recurring symptoms can be compared over time.
